The success story of Flexion Mobile Plc’s Hungarian Branch has been unfolding since its founding on December 1, 2015. The company’s growth has now reached another milestone: they have chosen traditional long-term office leasing over their previous serviced office rental and are moving to ZenGarden.

Flexion’s transition serves as a compelling example of how companies, as they grow stronger, come to realize the importance of having a unique, secure, and harmonious office space. The concept of change and the availability of the final spaces in the renovated ZenGarden aligned perfectly. As a result, the office building’s occupancy rate has reached ninety percent. Tenant representation was provided by Péter Nagyházi, co-founder of Offie.
