As of September 2024, the premium office building in Buda, managed by ConvergenCE, has reached near full occupancy. This milestone reflects a combination of new lease agreements and renewals with existing partners, highlighting the enduring appeal of our tenant-centric approach.
We are thrilled to welcome two distinguished new tenants: Uniomedia, a leading Hungarian PR agency, and Arthur D. Little, the renowned international consulting firm. Both companies are set to move into their new offices by the end of 2024.
Equally rewarding is BuildEXT’s decision to extend their multiyear lease. As Csaba Livják, CEO of BuildEXT, notes: “For our 60-strong team, predominantly comprising Gen Y and Z professionals, an inspiring work environment is paramount – and ZenGarden stands out in Budapest’s landscape.” A tenant since 2019, BuildEXT has also played a key role in our projects, including the design of the award-winning ACADEMIA Offices.



The BREEAM ‘Very Good’ certified building offers nearly 9,000 square meters of leasable space, with just 640 square meters remaining available. This near-full occupancy underscores both the appeal of our Grade A office spaces and premium services, as well as the success of ConvergenCE’s client-focused leasing strategy.
