ZenGarden, the fully developed office complex, has recently seen the signing of another long-term lease agreement. ConvergenCE has entered into a new agreement for 1300 square meters of space in this state-of-the-art, technology-focused, and excellently located office building in Buda. The complex has achieved over 90% occupancy with this new transaction.

Relocating a large entity poses significant challenges. The process of moving numerous employees and workstations is the result of months of meticulous planning. Consequently, in this year’s office market, leasing agreements for spaces exceeding a thousand square meters, which involve relocation, account for just ten percent of nearly 160 transactions. This is why the new tenant at ZenGarden has garnered special attention. Starting in September, they have moved into over 1300 square meters of office space, refurbished communal areas, and the building’s inner garden services.
