ZenGarden, the premium inner-Buda office building managed by ConvergenCE, has reached 98% occupancy following a new lease and a long-term renewal.

CDM eStratégiai Kft., part of the Carussel Group, has signed a long-term lease for 400 sqm. The company provides digital automotive solutions in over 40 countries.

“We chose ZenGarden for its location, quality and the collaborative leasing process” – said András Müller, Managing Director at CDM.

In addition, a long-standing tenant has renewed 650 sqm of office space for another five years, reflecting long-term trust in the building’s environment and service.
