Salzgitter Mannesmann Acélkereskedelmi Kft. has signed another long-term lease agreement in the fully renovated ZenGarden. For the past 15 years, this modern office building in Buda has been the home of one of Hungary’s leading steel trading companies. It offers state-of-the-art energy-efficient and cost-effective solutions, as well as benefiting from its superb location.

The German owners of Salzgitter Mannesmann Handel GmbH and its subsidiaries provide high-quality services to their partners in 27 countries worldwide, with nearly 68 branches. The Hungarian base, known for its emphasis on flexibility, modernity, and reliability, has once again expressed its satisfaction with the lease renewal.

Tamás Kovalik-Deák, Managing Director of Salzgitter in Hungary, shared the following: “We wanted to continue providing conditions that ensure efficient work and a pleasant working environment for our team. According to our plans, the redesigned workspace will take up over 500 square meters in an office building that offers a service package tailored to our needs.”
