A combination of new leases and renewals has resulted in the building being fully let, clearly demonstrating the effectiveness of a carefully executed leasing strategy.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Among the new tenants is the International Committee of Sports for the Deaf (ICSD),<\/strong> which has selected a high-quality, fully fitted, move-in-ready model office.
